ServiKo VIP Confidentiality
This agreement protects your privacy and all booking information between you and your assigned workers.
Article 1 — Scope of Confidentiality
All information shared between the VIP Client and any ServiKo Worker during the course of a booking — including but not limited to: home address, family details, personal lifestyle, financial discussions, health information, and any matters discussed during service — is strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without explicit written consent of the Client.
Article 2 — Worker Obligations
Workers assigned to VIP bookings must sign this NDA before their first VIP service. They are prohibited from: photographing the Client's property, discussing the Client's identity with other workers, sharing Client contact information, or using social media to reference any VIP booking. Violation results in immediate permanent ban and legal action.
Article 3 — ServiKo Platform Obligations
ServiKo Philippines agrees to: mask all VIP booking details in its worker-facing systems, process VIP payments through anonymized references, restrict live agent access to VIP booking history to the assigned dedicated agent only, and delete all booking data within 90 days of completion upon Client request.
Article 4 — Legal Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) and the Civil Code of the Philippines. Disputes shall be submitted to the Regional Trial Court of Quezon City, Metro Manila.
Article 5 — Duration
This NDA is effective from the date of signing and remains in force indefinitely for all completed bookings, even after the Client's account is terminated or the Client upgrades or downgrades their membership tier.
